KIDS

Puzz-n-Lina was tested on a wide range of children. Four and five year-olds played with the puzzle at The Expedition School in Hillsborough. Six and seven year-olds were at the Kidzu Children’s Museum in Chapel Hill, and middle-schoolers were at the Carolina Center for Educational Excellence, a branch of the University of North Carolina’s School of Education. All children, no matter their age, engaged with the story-book puzzle with the same concentration. It was also interesting to see how some children preferred to work on their own, while others wanted to collaborate with their peers in solving the puzzle.
